Refund, Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month at $12 ( taxes and fees included).

• Your card will be charged on the same date each month as your initial purchase.

Shipping

• Mailers are sent monthly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Sign up by the 20th of each month to receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 20th you can still receive that months letter we can’t guarantee it will ship before the following month.

• Please ensure your address is accurate; we are not responsible for lost mail due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds

• We do not provide refunds if the letters have been sent out for that period

• Refunds are granted in cases of defective or damaged products just email info@tetheredco.com

Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime prior to your renewal date by contacting us at info@thetheredco.com.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
