Reflections by Mail

A tangible way to stay connected

Reflections by Mail is a slower, more intentional way to create connection with yourself and with others.

Each month, you receive a physical mailing designed to help you pause, reflect, and notice what is emerging. Alongside the mailed reflections, you also receive access to a short video where I walk through the prompt, model my own reflection, and offer context for the theme of the month.

This offering uses both tangible and digital mediums to support presence. Something you can hold in your hands, and something you can return to when you need it.

This is not therapy. It is a practice of reflection, rhythm, and connection.

A cup of black coffee sits beside two yellow pastries on a white surface. Nearby, cards display ocean imagery and text.

What makes this different

Reflections by Mail is intentionally simple.

There is no pressure to respond in a certain way. No expectation to share unless you want to. No goal to fix or resolve anything.

Each reflection invites you to slow down, notice what comes up, and decide how you want to engage.

The mailed format matters here. Receiving something physical creates a different kind of pause than opening another app or screen.

How it works:

Each reflection includes:

✔ Thoughtfully written prompts

✔ Physical postcards and letters

✔ A QR code linking to a short monthly video

✔ An invitation to reflect on your own or share with someone else

You can engage quietly, journal privately, send a letter, or simply read and sit with the prompt.
